iPhone Blog

So this is our little iPhone's first blog ever. I'm sitting in calypsos watching matt tutor my friend Allie. She's preparing to test out of her math 108 class in two weeks so we're trying to make that happen.


Allie's husband Jesse has an iPhone so this morning at breakfast we spent a good half hour looking up people's criminal records. Allie and I both looked up our high school boyfriends..hers had two traffic violations....mine had two burglary charges and a grand theft charge. But, I'm proud to say that I had the longest record of everyone we looked up...10 cases...including "parking in a disability space" (which apparently is a big deal,) "failure to follow traffic direction," and two driving without privileges cases. Yikes.


In my defense, I've been clean since 2004. Yes, I am proud.

Jokes

On days that one of my first graders has a birthday we hold "comedy hour" while they're eating their cupcakes.

Here's the joke of the day:

First grader: "Mrs. King....I have a joke....what's 2 +2?"
Mrs. King: "Ummm.....4?"
First Grader: "Bacon!" (hysterical laughter.....)

Seattle --> San Diego

I just found a flight from Seattle to San Diego for $117 round trip. Anyone wanna go with me? I'm tempted to buy a ticket right now and leave the day after school gets out. I'd love to lay by the beach for a few days.
